7 guild boats — all six show up in the same race screen, ranked across the four league tiers (丁 / 丙 / 乙 / 甲). Your boat is the guild’s shared upgrade target; only the guild leader (會長) and vice-leader can spend boat coins to unlock or level it.

In-game you only ever see one boat level at a time as the guild upgrades; this lays out the whole ladder at once. The Flowers page covers the rest of the guild activities.

How the guild earns boat coins

Spending boat coins or completing a designated condition awards a guild boat. 消耗船隻幣或完成指定條件可獲得公會船隻
For every guild member who completes the day's 6 guild constructions, the guild earns 1 boat coin. 每有一名公會成員完成當天的6次公會建設，公會可獲得1個船隻幣

What the coins pay for

Every paid boat (25302, 25401, 25402) and every paid level on those boats is purchased with boat coins. The two achievement boats (25501 Dream-Butterfly, 25502 Phoenix-Plume) cost no coins — they unlock automatically when the guild crosses the consecutive-Jia or cumulative-Jia threshold.

Spending permission is gated to the guild leader (會長) and vice-leader (副會長): only those two roles carry the p_buyShip / p_chgShip / p_getNewShip permissions, so picking and upgrading a fleet is a guild-wide commitment.
